At first, she thinks to herself that it might be some kind of a trap, but, Hanamaru seems genuine enough, and the only one making the traps here is Yoshiko herself, isn't it? It's probably safe; from what she's seen in their battles, underhanded trickery isn't the Cure's M.O. in the slightest. And Hanamaru's going to be drinking it, too, so that rules out the fact that it's some kind of practical joke...
Not that she's ever seen Maru play a prank on someone, of course. But you can never really be too careful.
She takes the thermos over to the cupboard, and pours two cups of tea out for themselves; she has to stop herself from taking a third for Grendel on impulse.
